Automatic Meter Reading, or "AMR" technology is utilized to monitor utility use and is the best method to quickly and accurately collect meter data. AMR equipment allows remote (modem & telephone line) access of meters. It saves time, increases efficiency, and eliminates sending a meter reader to locally record (manually read & write down) meter information, which can be costly and is subject to human error.

Billing:

Our Reading & Billing staff along with our proprietary Reading & Billing software provides accurate billing calculations. We offer detailed management reports and tenant bills based on the individual needs of each customer.

Utility Rate Analysis:

We analyze utility bills to ensure accuracy or to check to see if another rate schedule would better suit the customer's needs and reduce monthly costs.

Online Billing Reports:

Property managers can submit move-in and out information, payments they have received in the office, view an up-to-the-minute resident aging reports. Property managers can view high usage reports for any billing period. They can also reprint past monthly reports they have received.
